Private secure car park. Good communication from Hotel.
Pillow was to limp for my liking. Unfortunately breakfast was a 10min walk from hotel due to kitchen was having a upgrade.

Breakfast was excellent, more than one need. Our room was comfortable as well as beds. Location splendid a few steps and right in the middle of all amenities.

Location was a 10 - 15 minute walk into the old town which was fine.
Arrived after at 9pm (reception shuts at 7pm) & was sent an email with instructions on how to get the key to our room which was fine. Issue was there were no instructions on how to find our room (it was not in the main building entrance).
Called the 24 hour line & the person had no idea & hung up where our room was & hung up. We called back & they said they didn’t speak English even though we got off the phone to them a minute earlier. Would’ve been stranded outside the hotel at 9pm at night were it not for a Dutch couple staying at the hotel who helped find the room after speaking with the 24 hour line for us - it took them about 20 minutes to help find the room
Also, main bed & sofa bed were pretty bad & you could hear dripping all night when radiator turned on.

We loved the character of the building, the room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious.
The bar was not a real bar and could only purchase a drink from the fridge. I would have loved to have been able to enjoy a red wine.

Wonderful
I liked the parque floors and lighting. It was a safe, quiet neighborhood except in the morning when schools started. The breakfast was outstanding! The location is great
The one thing I didn't like was that there wasn't a safe . But the cleaners are local and trustworthy. They did a great job of cleaning, and I felt safe leaving my valuables there.

The room was lovely, staff was very helpful. Parking was scary but it is an old building so I understand.
Really would be nice to have access to hot water for tea in the evening. Most of the hotels we have stayed in have had a tea kettle in the room or at least availability of hot water.
