The location was fantastic for where we needed to get to. We dropped our bags off so we could go exploring before we booked in. Visited the bar in the evening and the staff were lovely and welcoming.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. It was actually beyond my expectations! Overall it's a nice hotel!
I would strongly suggest putting slippers in the rooms (disposable ones) and better TV service. There were only three channels available. You should provide cable with CNN and/or BBC. I would also suggest providing a mini-bus shuttle service to and from the airport or at least for those with requests in advance. You could also charge a small fee, i.e. €15-20. This might significantly increase your clientele.

It was very good to arrive at Bremen without having to drive a lot through the city. You have to be lucky with the parking slots that they have (but we were). After the check-out time (12h), you can leave the car for 1 Euro per hour. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was also very friendly and helpful. The city center is only 12-15 minutes away by foot.

Clean, quiet room. Nice staff. Easy walk into town.
Only 1 pillow. Bed slightly hard for my preference. No kettle. Breakfast was too expensive so I didn't have any.

Our room faced onto a busy roundabout with traffic and noisy pedestrians through the night. This wasn't too noticeable if we kept the window shut, but the room was too warm for comfort at night. We couldn't adjust the heating and when we tried to put on the air conditioning, it blew out warm air. So ability to adjust the temperature without opening the window would have been helpful

Not a lot....old ibis...bathrooms are so small you could not sit on the toilet properly..my flight was cancelled so I needed an extra couple of hours....however they still charged me €20....also then wanted to charge for a coffee from the machine...very rude manager.
