The male receptionist at night shift was very rude. He wasn’t helpful ar all.. no smile not accommodating not a service person at all. I was so disappointed he doesn’t fit the job description as a receptionist. The female receptionist was kind thought. Bed was hard and the bed sheets make me itchy:

The staff were outstanding especially the night shift team, so empathetic and professional.There smiles so reassuring and warm, making you feel at home .The breakfast was so well rounded, with a variety of options.

Great budget hotel in a very central location. Super friendly staff and comfortable room with good sound insulation. Breakfast was also good for the price.

Pleasant
Well positioned for the railway station and city centre - just a short walk. The bedroom was basic but comfortable. The lounge and dining areas are very pleasantly furnished and free coffee and tea is a welcome added bonus. The breakfast, though, is massively overpriced and not particularly good value for money although perfectly acceptable.

If your room is at front side of hotel, and you have window open its quite noisy. Also guests are smoking right outside hotel
