Facilities, personnel, food. Trees and plants on the premises. Anti-allergic pills for my wife were available late in the evening upon simple request at the reception desk.
The infrastructure of the lobby and the non-FKK swimming basins are no longer up to standards. The state of the plastic resting beds outside is dramatic. You have the impression that you enter in a retirement home or a hospital when you go for your key in the lobby. Some excellent styling and upholstering is really necessary. The big restaurant is already renewed and looks a lot better. Even the lavatories, in the far corner, are splendid. But you never get a second chance to make a first impression. So start renovating that lobby now! Our room was large and had a balcony but lacks a modern touch. Proprietors are perhaps victim to their own sense of high quality. The quality/durability is still there, but everything looks and feels outdated.
