The location of the hotel was good. The beds were comfortable.
The room didn't provide basic necessities, such as: Slippers, Toiletries, Glasses, Coffee machine (it was included in the package)

Location was at the heart of the city. Walking distance to the christmas market
Parking was not available. Upon reaching the hotel the Receptionist mentioned that all the 9 parking slots were reserved. In the hotel description it was mentioned as free private parking. Nothing was mentioned as we had to reserve parking. We went there expecting that parking will not be an issue for us. But we ended up paying 30 Euros for parking outside. Breakfast for 10 Euros does not have varieties as we have experienced in other hotels. It was late to refill the food and we found some of the tomatoes were rotten :( After the BF when we try to return to thw rooms room lock was not working. Had to go down and inform the desk to get that fixed

Location is great, near by central station, 8-10 minutes of walk. Small reception with nice stuff. Room is very nice, clean, there is all that you would need. For the price, it was more than good!! Very nice surprise.

Very clean and beds are very comfortable
When booking the room, I was not given an option to book parking at the hotel. It stated that it was not possible to pre-book this at all. When I arrived at the hotel, I.was told that all the parking was already booked out and that we could find a parking garage nearby. This parking garage cost 28 Euro compared to the 12 Euro I would have paid for hotel parking, if I had the option to pre-book it. Also, heating did not effectively heat up the room.

New building with clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. With a bit of luck the stay can be much better.
The room is not so big. Problem is the noise from other rooms and the street when you are in the front of the building. We had a extremely noisy snoring person in the next room. Was like an engine working on the wall. Continuously. Fortunately the staff was helpful and we could move to another room. That was on the front of the building so the noise of the street was clear, but better than the snoring. Why do young people have extra noisy cars in the night? Must have an inferiority complex.
