Very good location, in the heart of Dortmund. Clean room, friendly staff, we stayed for only one night, next day we were going to another city. the hotel was 5 min walk from railway station and flixbus stop

I booked 2 rooms with shared bathroom , in reality there 2 rooms on different floors with shared bathroom / toilet on the entire floor

First of all, the room has a huge noise, you really can't sleep, the furniture is very old and the rooms are dirty, they haven't been cleaned, the bathrooms smell bad too. Then comes the worst, the terrible receptionist made me wait 1 hour outside in the cold because he said that my reservation was not working and then he started yelling at me and disrespecting me. I have traveled a lot all over the world, I have never encountered this situation and I never usually write a review either, but it has been a huge lack of respect. The receptionist was an Arabic speaker with dark skin color. I'm saying this not because he's racist or anything because I'm from Africa, it's so that he can be recognized because it's not his fault that all the receptionists have to pay, and I'm sure others are very kind. They are scammers and thieves because I have paid for breakfast service and apparently the two days of my stay there was no breakfast and they give you no other option.

In mid-January, a very cold room without heating.The coldness was awful. I had to cover my head with a blanket the whole night and sleep in clothes.
