Check-in was a bit confusing. Had to wait outside until 5:00 pm Manager didn't speak English.

Breakfast was great. And the bed was really comfy.
The whole hotel is really filthy. Lots of dust everywhere, and the space underneath the bed havent been cleaned in 5 years. Also, the owner only speaks German and the included breakfast wasn't included all of a sudden. So I had to pay extra for that (but it was nice). In the shower, you have some influence on the temperature, but most of the time the shower itself decides how warm/cold you're going to shower. Wifi was mostly down...

Amazing stay ... From check in untill check out. Came in there at 11am and had a all 4 rooms ready at 12

I didnt like anything about the property
The property was dirty and looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a while. The breakfast included in the price was very basic and didnt look adequate in any way. The bathroom was dirty and the shower was broken and instantly flooded everywhere when it was used. The locks on the bedroom doors didnt work, meaning the room was unlocked all day as we went into the centre of Dortmund, and the keys given to us didnt open the front door of the hotel for customer access either. I wouldnt stay here again. Very outdated and expensive for what was provided.
