Nice location close to the Centre and about a 25 minute walk to the messe in Dortmund which is why I was there

Good location friendly staff very warm powerful shower
Bed comfortable but the blanket was way too small for a single bed spend more time trying to fix it maybe I got unlucky. WiFi very poor too especially for a 4 star

the hotel cannot be compared with NH or any other business hotel around.
The room was very small and the breakfast was definitely not worth it for 26€.

Nice, freshly modernized rooms , polite and friendly personnel, location is great
At 01:00 at night a fire alarm went off , everyone had to get out of the hotel at night , fire brigade didn’t find anything, we went to sleep again, but later at 3:00 and 5:00 fire alarm went off again..a very poor management of such situation from the hotel!!we didn’t sleep all night , I had a worst night of my life! If that would have been a real fire , it would be a disaster! Management of the hotel should think about that !
