Nice hotel and good facilities
The staff during day time(a lady) was so rude and no fair enough.
We came early and she asked us to wait for 10mins to check in.
After about 30mins of waiting, many people came in for check in and she entertain others without notifying us.
I approached her at counter and asked for reason and she said need to wait.
I dont understand the reason behind this.
And the way she communicate also so rude and not polite at all.
I assume same procedures/rules applicable to all customers despite of skin color or citizenship.
I get embarrassed when the staff behave in such manner.
Hope the hotel management take action on this to avoid same issue repeat for other tourist from different country.
We are not stayed for FREE!!!

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. This hotel is the perfect location across from the town centre.
There were renovations that would start quite easy in the morning.

Convenient for centre and underground.
Very noisy location, rooms and hotel very hot and no air con. Very outdated. Check in very very slow. Bar staff very slow. TV on full blast in lobby and bar. We all got very little sleep.

Great location, delicious breakfast, great staff. The hotel is located near the railway station, across the road is the main street of the city.
The hotel does not have an air conditioning system. The shower in my room didn't work.

We arrived in the evening and lady in reception informed us that our room was not available and they suggested us to go another hotel which belongs them but in different place. And only long discussion they provided us the room that we booked.
