The place was cozy and comfortable, and the room was perfect for a solo traveler. The hotel is near the city center and you can enjoy walking. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. I’ll stay there again next time.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, good internet. Great location. The dog is a nice extra touch.
Parking garage is narrow and unfortunately not possible to reserve a place. When you arrive late, being tired, not having a place does not help.

Check-in was not good! Staff did not greet me upon arrival. Instead, they spent more than a minute staring at the computer while I was the only customer waiting. No hospitality from this employee! Only after I insisted on being checked in did another person come to assist me. Instead of an apology, I was told, "We have a new computer system, and he is trying to log in."
Room request: I asked for a quiet room, but the only option provided was an upgrade for an extra charge per night. Since the hotel is located on a main street, this was my only choice as this was the location of the conference.
Breakfast: It was okay. On the second day, the staff in the breakfast area was friendly.

The bed was uncofortable having huge and soft pillows. The temperature control was not ok.
No blackout curtains.
Mold in the bathroom in more than one place. Very small shower cabin and uncofortable to use

Cosy room was not big, but it was absolutely enough for two people for a few days. There was enough storage space in the room. Excellent insulation, I could not hear the traffic at all. All hotel staff was extremely friendly.

Central, quiet despite location. Excellent staff, epically Clifford, Carla, Paulina who were patient despite my poor Deutsch, nothing was a problem
Only small thing, could not use room safe as locked and receptionist could not open. Not a big problem as left documents in main safe at reception

Friendly and helpful staff, great location (close to the city center, metro station, bus station, 10 mins away from the main train station), comfortable bed and spacious room. It was a great stay, I recommend this hotel.
The room lacked a small fridge and it was a bit too hot for our preference, even though we set the room temperature to a lower one, the heating system was through the air conditioning so it couldn't be influenced by what we set on our room temperature device.
