Quiet, easy to get to the center via tram
The owner asked to be paid in cash, which isn't a problem, but should have been explicitly explained upon booking, or during the booking process. Since a credit card is used to secure the booking, and because this is the 21st century, it was assumed the credit card could be used to pay.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The washing machine was a welcome surprise and it was very conveniently situated.
The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable, WiFi was unreliable and details regarding the check in process weren't communicated prior to our arrival - we had to go hunting for WiFi in order to find out how to access the apartment.

The apartment is large (a spacious living room, a large bedroom and another, small bedroom). Well-equipped, clean enough, nice host, free street parking, good (if not very central) area. Overall, recommended
If you have trouble walking the stairs, this one is not for you since it's a few floors up and there is no elevator. For us this was not a problem at all though.

The privacy, compared to a shared place, also the mattresses were comfortable, the host's behavior was also friendly and helpful.
As my personal experience and as a friendly recommendation, regarding the current situation with COVID-19, further cleaning will provide more comfort and safety for the guests, for example, placing tissue paper boxes in the rooms or using a disinfecting liquid, cleaning the dishes which were Inside the cupboards. unfortunately, I couldn't find the ironing, also the TV probably had an antenna problem.

Excellent location with supermarket, shops, restaurants and tram stops (tram 1 and tram 12) all nearby.
Most of the light bulbs were not working. I suggest that it would save the owner money if he changed from conventional to LED light bulbs.
