The appartment is very nice, perfectly located. The staff was ok.
But we had issue with lifts. We stayed on the fifth floor. We came with small kids and children trolley and one of the two lifts was out of order. The second one constantly full moving between ground floor and sixth floor where the bar is placed. This led to quite long waiting times.

The location was fantastic. All the main attractions were 5-10 minutes away. There were many restaurants close by as well. There was a shopping complex too which was just 7 min away. The room and bathroom was very clean. Great experience overall.
The only downside was the apartment had only one bathroom. There were 6 of us so it got a little difficult.

The room looked really nice and it was pretty comfortable. The kitchenette is a great idea for a hotel, I absolutely love it! The staff is very friendly. I asked for an iron and I got it delivered together with an ironing board to my room.
It was too warm these days and we didnt have air conditioning in our room. Also it was little dusty.

Loved the location. Could not be in a better place. We could bring kids back for a rest during the day after touring and walking
There is no AC so a summer trip would be difficult. We opened the windows but it can be loud in the evening with street activity below.

The staff were amazing and worked above and beyond. Franz was exemplary as was the lovely lady who I forgot her name.

The location is close by significant scenery and the famous restaurant is just 5-minute walk. The staff is very helpful as well.
The smell of the toilet was not sanitary. The drinks and coffee ware not free of charge.

The location was very central. Lots of restaurants etc within walking distance
There wasnt air conditioning which made the room unbearably stuffy, we left the windows open but street noise went on until 1am then started again at 5am, so not a lot of sleep. Lots of low light bulbs so a very dark room.

Friendly staff, a new building in a very good location. Clean. The kitchen is very good. The bed was comfortable, and so was the bathroom. I will be happy to return.
I could use a bit more light (lamps) in the room. There was no air conditioning, but it was OK for the time of the year.
