Good location for attending events in TU Dresden. Excellent connection to Tram 11. Nice garden and relaxing environment. Relatively spacious room.
Wobbly internet connection. WiFi signal comes and goes, especially in the evening. Bedside lamp flickering at intermediate settings - very annoying (most likely due to poor dimmer quality). In general, lighting is insufficient - only a single low-intensity lamp. There was no housekeeping every other day (as promised). No keys available upon arrival, despite announcing the exact arrival time and inserting the correct code.

Very thoughtful furnishings: a good fan, a large kettle, a large mug for tea, blackout blinds on the windows. Beautiful garden. Considering the price, it's perfect.
The code sent in the Booking-app did not work. Fortunately, the hotel had staff and they let me in.
