The location is exceptional. The common kitchenette on the floor is well-equipped and convenient. In addition, I liked the very principle of the commodity based on the tenants' privacy, self-service and minimal interaction with the staff.

We had a most pleasant stay. The room was very nice and clean. Very useful the extra facilities: The tea kitchen where you can prepare a tea/coffe and store some goods in the fridge. And especially the large terrace easily accessible form the rooms, where you can sit and enjoy the evening. And of cause, the location in the centre couldn't be better.

Everything about this property was excellent. Communication prior to arrival was very helpful making it very easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean, large shower, comfortable room, plenty of storage space. There was access from the room to an outdoor terrace for guests only with tables and chairs. There was a kitchen with good facilities and unlimited bottled water, tea and coffee. Location was excellent, 5 minutes walk to the centre of the old town and 2 minutes to a tram stop.
Internet reception was not always good in the room but always available in the building.

Excellent location at one end of Brhl Terrace and minutes from centre of town and museums etc. We liked access to kitchenette on each floor to make hot drinks - others clearly prepared meals and ate in the kitchen. We had a top floor room which had efficient air cooling. Rooms quite simply furnished, but we liked the effect. Comfortable with more storage room than most hotels. We did not want breakfast, but this was available in an adjoining cafe. Wed stay here again. Recommended.

Incredible location. The apartments are located in the heart of Dresden. You can meet sunsets near the river. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has a kitchen for guests where it is convenient to prepare tea or coffee, which are always available. There is a refrigerator, a coffee maker, all the necessary dishes. The room is not very big but very cozy. I would return to this hotel without hesitation.

The location was excellent with the main sites all walkable and restaurants and useful tram stops nearby. The room was simple, clean, airy, quiet and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. The shower was very good and the bathroom had everything that was needed. The shared kitchen was very useful. It had a kettle, fridge and dishwasher with a table and chairs so you could eat in there. I would stay there again.

The location is fantastic! 1 min walk from Synagogue tram stop, which is 5 mins from the main station. 3 mins walk to Frauenkirche and centre of the historical Altstadt. Very friendly staff, the place was very modern and clean. Lifts to all floors. As others have commented this is not a hotel and you won't get a hotel experience - it's more of an upmarket hostel, with private en-suite rooms and very good facilities eg modern kitchen on each floor. You can easily get brekkie and other meals nearby, as did we. Fully recommend this place and would go there again. One photo is the view from our room, the other is the Elbe boat mooring area, 2 mins walk away.
