Clean well maintained facility, great breakfast, quite close to the city, easy walk to Old Town. Good wi fi.
If you come late in the evening finding a parking spot is a problem.

The hotel is really clean and is located in the middle of old town. The Staff are kind and helpful. Beds were really comfortable.
The only problem was our room view was towards the main street, which was surprisingly quiet, except for the times tram passes by. The air conditioning system is heating only. So if you need to cool down the room, there is no option other than opening the window, which is not practical. But other than that, there is nothing to complain.

Location was great- very close to Zwinger. We could walk everywhere. Breakfast was really good. Wish we would have realized that we could take tram 11 from the train station directly to the hotel. Very convenient.
The seal was broken on the shower door, so it flooded the bathroom when we showered. No biggie.

It was clean and in a good location. The night receptionist was very friendly, and the hotel accommodated my request for a higher floor. I appreciated the kettle and coffee, storage space, and Dove products. I did not make use of the TV nor heated towel rack, but it was nice to know that they were available for use.
Since I was in a room facing the street, I could hear the loud trams passing by all night, even with the windows closed. However, closing the bathroom door on my second night helped block the noise. When I arrived late the first night, I noticed that water was available in the lobby - however, it would have been even better if complimentary water in the lobby was available for guests all the time.

As this price hotel, the room amenity is execlent, the room is clean and its space is enough. A comfortable AC is available. Breakfars is much greater than I expected. Various dish including warm dish are available. It is taken care to be refilled constantly.
No complimentary water is available. The location is a 10 minites walk from the palace, close enough, but it is a bit dark approach in the night.

The location is really good. WiFi speed is good.
For breakfast you have to pay 19 Euro per person. No Toothbrush, no cotton swab, no Toothpaste, no tissue paper in the room and a little angry reception!
