We were given the larger room with the window front. The hotel is a 3 minutes walk away from the river bank, ideally situated for taking longer walks along the river, shopping opportunities 1 minute away.
The large room with big windows gets extremely hot on a sunny day and absolutely needs and air condition which we were missing.

Clean, modern and comfortable. Very pleasant staff. Room fairly spacious with a nice bathroom. The position is excellent being very close to SchillerPlatz.
The reception is only staffed during the day so if you arrive after 5pm you have to use a code to get the key out of a box.

The area around Hotel is very calm. Room was perfect, comfortable, clean and with air conditioning! The best was the proximity of trams and other public transport. Breakfasts were delicious and variable, so you can choose your the best option.

Earlier check-in was made possible by staff. Very friendly staff. The communication was great and made last minute preparations for my wedding a lot easier. The location and view were perfect for us.

Very nice rooms with balcony in a fairly quiet area of Dresden next to "Blaue Wunder" (that is actually not a wonder and not really worth of visiting as a landmark). Reasonably priced for Dresden and great staff, with good bus and tram connections to the city center. Several shops and eating places nearby.
As there is no registration desk service after hours (17:00) and no service whatsoever in the evening time (no vending machine/dispenser of water, snacks, etc.), it would be really good to have a refrigerator in the rooms.

The breakfast was quite nice. There room was clean and organised.
There is no 24/7 person at the reception desk. Due to change in traveling plans, we needed to leave early in the morning and we couldn't settle our account. We had to exchange a number of emails with the hotel (not a very easy communication) in order to sort out the payment.
In addition, the room had two single beds pushed together instead of a large double bed. This is very inconvenient when travelling with a partner.
There is no international TV channels provided.
