Wonderful
The rooms are spatious and clean. The bed was supercomfortable. Also, the location is very convenient - the walk to the Old City is just 5-10 minutes away. The window view is amazing. There is a possibility to leave your luggage a bit longer behind the reception, which was very convenient as I had the flight in the evening.
The hotel was a bit cold, but it was a cold and windy October weather outside, so maybe it's logical. If you plan to go to the airport by public transportation, it can include 10-15 walk to the first vehicle you need.

Room on the 11th floor with an amazing view of the old city. Great location. Very clean. Very big rooms.
The breakfast was a bit pricy for the offered things and quality.

Short distance from the old town center. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was special - in a pleasant sunny rotunda structure with a wide selection of healthy, quality food.

Location was very good, easy walking distance to centre. Nice low-key feeling to the place --suits me very well. Big spacious room -- not very common these days.
Fairly minor but [1] it would have been nice to have a kettle and tea. Water only supplied. [2] When my flight was delayed by 4 hours I tried to advise the hotel but no-one answered the phone. I sent an e-mail but wasn't sure it had been received.

Great location by the river for visiting the old and new city centres, seeing the sights and taking in the historic river ambience. Easy walk into the historic central areas, with scenic views galore.
Excellent staff on duty at reception; welcoming, informative and helpful.
The hotel has a small, intimate, relaxed and quiet feel, being located just outside the busier inner city areas.
I visited Dresden for just two days, one night, but saw a lot in that time staying at this hotel.

Spacious and clean room, big windows provide a nice view of the city and the river.
Because of the collapsed bridge, it is not very convenient for pedestrians. By the way, it would be better if a coffee machine were inside the room.

Very good location, close to the city center. Beautiful view from the window. Very nice stuff, room were large and clean. Breakfats was amazing.

Close to Old City, view of the river, good breakfast, windows that open to let fresh air.
Unfortunately the Carola Bridge just collapsed impacting the hotel’s location and its business.
All access to river and bridge is closed.
Also, there was only one English TV channel, BBC. CNN was listed but didn’t work.

Nice location by the river and walkable into the Altstadt with the main tourist destinations. Good view from the 11th floor with two working lifts. Room was surprisingly large with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice of cold options.
It was unfortunate for the hotel that the Carola bridge, which is yards from the hotel, had collapsed a few days before my arrival. This disrupted the public transport and it would have been nice if the hotel had sent an advance warning message via email or text. Then the Elbe river burst its banks but the water had not reached the hotel before I left. The breakfast buffet had no hot options, well not by the time I got down there anyway. The wifi worked well on my phone but stopped working on my laptop, although I didn't get the chance to ask the hotel for help.
