Wonderful
Clean, tidy and modern furnished room, very quiet area. It is sound proof, you don't even hear the next door guest. Comfortable bed, all facilities were there and as described in Booking.com, good WiFi signal, working lift, good location; only 3 minutes walk to the bus stop which takes you everywhere.
Very nice staff, rich breakfast, many options available, even for vegetarians, the restaurant staff were so polite as well. Would highly recommend it.
Nothing major. Only the door key trick to learn to open/close the door, it was time consuming until I taught myself how to do it.

The location was convenient
No air conditioning in the room and it was really hot inside the room. No solution was offered by the staff when we called complaining. They should remove from their facilities description that they have an air conditioning in the room. There was a spider in the room. The room was smelly.

Big room, great staff, great breakfast, elevator, fantastic views
Slanted roofline made hitting your head a very real possibility! Nothing major, but definitely a bother. The shower was a little like getting into a rounded phone booth. No alot of room to move around.

Location (close enough to walk into Dresdens old town, public transport directly in front of hotel) presented breakfast, rooms with great views towards the Elbe. Access to small kitchenette with kettle, fridge, cutlery, microwave. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Room quality and breakfast and reception. John at front desk was excellent and friendly. Room was nice and comfy. View of Elbe nice.
Room advertised as having ac but really didn't. Was a centrally controlled one by office and didn't work well. Luckily it wasn't too warm outside
