This is a strange one , Im pretty sure for most of the week I was the only guest .
It is located next to a road and in easy walking distance to the train station .
It is close to the airport and it is best to jump on the train at the airport and walk 200m rather than get a taxi
I had a nightmare journey due to weather conditions and got to the hotel past midnight and I cannot speak highly enough of the proprietor for keeping reception open for me .
There is a car park behind the building which is handy .

large table to put my things on, closet, nice breakfast. direct fast transit to hbf and city centre and nearby towns for day trip
It really is a small room, the heaters in the room are very weak even at highest temperature and turns off at night when you need the most. the towels aren't replaced every day, they just fold it when they clean the room. the entrance to the hotel and the reception is locked most of the time unlike hotels.

Room was cozy. No luxury, but everything needed and clean. Staff was very pleasant and breakfast was really nice. Hotel also serves dinner and I can recommend the mushroom menu very much. Maybe the best dine what I had while staying in Dresden.

the location was convenient to the Tram system which make it easy to get to. It was 30 mins from downtown but that wasn't much of a problem.
