The location was excellent, staff were helpful and courteous and the breakfast was the best i have ever experienced anywhere.
I think the spa facility could have been better. The hours of operation did not accommodate early morning use.

Top location, in the heart of Dresden's magnificent old city. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. I'd stay there again for sure. Easy to reach on foot from the train station along the pedestrian walk way.

Everything. Check in was a breeze. The location could not have been any better. Even the parking was great. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was outstanding and they recommended a restaurant to us that turned out to be the best meal of our trip.

It is on the street with the Residence. Right in the heart of Dresden. Close to everything.
The hotel was a disappointment. My first nice-sized room had so many large stains on the carpet it was a shock they would use the room. I requested another room. The second room was awful. Small, poorly lit, and a Murphy bed with a huge gap between the head of the bed and the wall. No way to recline in bed. It looked like another room not fit for guest.

They did not have hair conditioner and no kettle in the room to make the tea. They had a fancy coffee maker but since I don’t drink coffee I had no idea how to make tea with it.

This is a quality hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our top floor room was quiet and comfortable, although I'm not a fan of the integrated bathroom. The only problem we experienced was with the minibar cooling system not working, but this was fixed the same day. The breakfast times are generous, and the range and quality of the food very good. But the best feature of the hotel is its location, right in the middle of the Altstadt, within easy walking distance of the river and all the main attractions.

Centrally located in the heart of Dresden, most sights and monuments are within walking distance of the hotel. It is also reasonably close to the central train station, which makes it easy to use trams and buses (Do be sure to get a public transportation card as soon as you arrive, as most tram stops do not have machines). The breakfast buffet was varied and excellent, and the bedroom was massive.
Being located in the city center means that you will have to deal with the noise in the streets, especially if there's a festival or a major event in town.

Best possible location. Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and professional and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet, with complimentary champagne. Many options for vegans. Minibar in the room is also complimentary, restocked daily.
The toilet and shower and wash basin are located awkwardly smack in the middle of the bedroom. You can walk around it. This significantly reduces the usable space of the room. Also, when traveling with your partner or a companion it is quite uncomfortable and too close for comfort without privacy to go to the toilet. There is no ventilator fan to reduce the unavoidable sounds and smells coming from the toilet.

Ideal Location, very generous sized room and super comfortable bed, lovely facilities, helpful staff. Hotel was a great refuge after hot summer days , its central location was ideal for exploring the city, and the sauna and rooftop courtyard terrace were much appreciated , as were the free drinks in the mini bar. Our room didnt have a full separation between the bathroom area and the bedroom- with sink in public area of the room. ( shower and toilet of course were each enclosed behind respective doors). This was fine for one of us , and not liked by the other. Not certain if all rooms have a similar design.

Fab hotel right bang in the middle of Dresden, 5min to Semper oper and 5 min to Frauenkirche. Very friendly staff, went out of their way to be helpful.

According to the reservation, which I accepted, I had to paid in advance, that I did, and I couldn’t cancel or I would have a penalty of 90%. Nothing to say. Arriving at the front desk I was required to perform 100 euros deposit, which was not written in the reservation agreement. I had to say legally they were changing contract conditions, I was going to write an official claim and suddenly, the deposit was not needed.
I understand what a deposit is, it does not need to be explained. What is important here is that you are demanding something that is not included in the reservation contract, which is not admissible.
