Everything was fantastic. The location is close to shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants. The tram takes you to the main tourist sites in under 10min. There was a small kettle and fridge in the room which made it more comfortable as we stayed several days. Their rewards program had benefits for longer stays which included free city transport.

The room was too small, checking in process, took a way too long even when this was already online made . The staff who made our check in, was a little unfriendly to answer questions.

Very close to the central train station, shopping streets and the bus station if you plan to take flixbus.
The rooms lack light. There are several lamps which do not provide enough light, no large lamp on the ceiling. If one plans to work in such a room, you're gonna harm your eyes. I was in a hurry in the morning, so I decided to have breakfast for 17 Euros. Surely isn't worth it. The coffee machine doesn't make americano, similar to most of the places in Dresden where you do not find (dunno why) that coffee. Not a big choice of dishes, given the price. The staff anyway was good, asked extra blanket, which was provided within hours.

The location was perfect for us. We dropped off luggage at the hotel, then I drove a few blocks just on the other side of the HBF to Europcar to drop off our rental car. It was a short walk back to the hotel. Then we picked up our train the next day to go to Prague. The hotel is very modern, with a good breakfast.
The only thing that I can think of was the glass bridge between the two buildings of the hotel is a very efficient solar heat collector, so the hallway is warm. But the AC in the room compensated very nicely for the additional ambient heat.
