The location of hotel is amazing, our room looked directly at beautiful Zwinger. The room was lovely, very clean and the employees were super polite and ready to help you. Would definitely recommend it!

Good practical design of space in a small room. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a desk & comfortable chair. Nice bedding & towels. Good to have a suitcase stand. Nice shower.
No kettle to make tea or coffee. Flimsy paper cups to drink out of. Asked to borrow a kettle at front desk. They said come downstairs & go all the way to the bar to get hot water. Not practical. Sink in the bathroom takes up entire counter space. Nightstand by bed too small.

Location is great
The hotel is seriously understaffed - especially at the lobby bar. No matter if it’s for breakfast, afternoon coffee or s drink. It’s messy, long waiting times. Would not recommend if you plan to enjoy the lobby at all.

Receptionist told us the hotel parking is free, but after 2 nights they charged 30€,
No bottle of water in the room,
Water pressure in the shower very low,
poor soundproofing in the rooms

Rooms were small and no fridge but clean and comfortable staff very helpful after i broke my arm and ended up in hospital for 8 days
