With its own car park it was great for us , and just across the road was the tram stop to take you into town
Found the room on the small side , and we had our small dog with us , but she was not allowed in the reception area for breakfast, so she had to stay in the car

Overall, it’s quite a nice place. I would stay here again. Convenient location in the city. Pleasant interior, good condition, nothing worn out.
The rules said that dogs were allowed. I have a small chihuahua. At reception they seemed surprised that we hadn’t mentioned it in advance. There was no problem, it just felt strange to me. And it was also odd that they immediately changed our room when they saw the dog. They gave us a room almost above the parking gate. In the evening it wasn’t great, because the opening and closing of the roller door was clearly audible. I didn’t like the beds. There was some kind of dip in the middle of the mattress. I slept enough but still didn’t feel rested.

Nice hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is well situated, a short walk from the Dresden new train station and an easy walk to old town. It is more of a business type hotel than a tourist hotel, that said, it did have everything you could want or need. We chose it for its close location to the train station and proximity to downtown. If you are looking for something with a little more character, this is not it. I'd compare it to a Moxy hotel. All in all a good stay and would stay here again.
Room was pretty small with not a lot of space for luggage, especially with two people.

The room was very clean, the location is nice and very close to the Dresden Neustadt bahnhof. The staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast was also quite nice with a relatively wide range of options.

The staff were great; we were upgraded to a wonderful room with a great shower.
I complain about this each time I stay at Motel 1 ... The lack of net curtains in our room. This is MAJOR. We have no privacy when the curtains are open. This is the big question I have each time when I think of staying with you.
