Good location - we had concert close by and nice part of city
Room was nice; bed softer however still with back issues which I have. - no problem a good night. Bathroom was clean and quite new
Time to time you can hear your follow guest as wall are thinner but still not a problem

Disappointing
Clean room and possibility to check in after 8pm.
The room was really small for 100 and didnt smell fresh at all. We were expecting bath as it was written in room facilities and there was just small shower. Breakfast tasted good but 10 per person for that small amount of choices is quite a lot. Also no one could speak English which is a problem for people who just go through the Germany and dont speak German. But for one night stay it was okay

We come to apartmant in 16.30h.
Nobody is in apartmant.We ring but inside is no one.Then we called on telephone,but no one is answer.Then we send message,but no one is send message back.We wait in front of apartmant for more 30 minutes,but no one is coming,so we left apartmant.
This is very bad and unprofesional.
We drive 600km from Dusseldorf and no one can just pick up phone and said anything to us.

There was no fridge in the room When I asked if bottled water was supplied the answer was no! You had to pay for it... However on leaving the girl who cleaned the rooms offered me a bottle of water not knowing I was leaving permanently...

Tidy, modern furnished, freshly smelled room. Very good wifi signal. Very quiet area so that you can sleep in peace. Close to public transport (only 1 min walk to the city tram which takes you everywhere). Nice receptionist. She phoned me around my check in expected arrival.
"Language Barrier" the receptionist could not understand a word in English. I used Google translate and body language to communicate. Upon checking in, she let me speak to a young lady to be able to get in with the door code etc, even the other one has not have an ideal English but I could communicate. The room was cold although the heater was on and working all day but like ot was heating only locally! The toilet was not 100% clean, there was also a dirty spot on the ed sheet.l, and there was only one shower gel/ shampoo for 3 nights stay. I asked for an extra toilet paper as they put only two!

Nice staff. Clean. Underground garage.
. The only problem was at the reception becouse nobody speaks English so it is difficult to communicate. There is one nice person who speaks italian and he helped me a lot via cell phone.
There was a problem to pay with visa so we needed to go to the cash machine.
Garage is spacious but be careful becouse it has no cells.
