Located in the city center, easy to go shopping or get public transportation.
The hotel room is clean and nice.
No fridge in the room.
It was quite crowded during my stay, and it took time to get a table/ food for breakfast.

As mentioned, the rooms are a bit small with the shower awkwardly next to the bed.

The location is great, 2' from Dresden HBF. The huge glass windows/walls of the room give great views. I was at floor 6, higher floors should be better. Rooms are modern and stylish. Room service very prompt and good.
The ventilation system was very noisy, I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Pillows were small and not very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and we like the complimentary daytime lemonades in the lobby.
The hotel promises to reward guests who decline housekeeping by giving free drink vouchers, but a room of 2 people gets only 1 voucher. That is not hospitality. The restaurant staff talked about their dinner buffet but said there is no reliability of when it will happen. I was confused.

The staff were incredibly polite and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was immaculately clean and quite luxurious, the bed was super comfortable. It was extremely quiet and the room had a nice view. It was extremely good value for money - we expected a basic hotel for the price but it was far from basic. Delighted with our stay and highly recommend. 5 stars!

Excellent location, newly renovated, high quality breakfast.
There was no refrigerator at my room. Even no kettle at my room and on my request they provided a kettle.
The room service was in a big confusing way. One day you had a free bottle of water. The other day no water. One day you had free teabags for having tea in room but the other day no tea. I spent 11 nights there but it was no two days similar ?.

Room cleaning staff no deodorant. the hallway to the rooms was unpleasant smell during the service.
Another incident: The barman I fell on (my luck) did not do the effort to answer our question for what kind of schnaps they had. told his helper to tell us to search the menu....and told us it was the last round , although at least 12 people were served drinks after us... we felt very unwelcome there:(
