Lovely breakfast, lovely staff.
However bedroom wasn't very clean. I was there with a dog and found little rice looking things in the corners, seems like they were poisoning something. I checked in late, around midnight, and I was crawling around the place till 2AM trying to pick up all of them things to make sure my dog doesn't get poisoned. I found quite a lot, as you can see from a toilet picture, threw it into the toilet and flushed it. Along with finding bunch of this poison, I also found lots of dead bugs underneath curtains and bed. Also, not possible to bring dog to their restaurant where they serve food. Most restaurants now allow dogs, especially small ones like mine, didn't expect to not be able to bring my dog for a breakfast in pet friendly hotel restaurant. He didn't really do well with travelling and was very nervous. I didn't want to leave him alone in an unfamiliar place in the room. So I tied him up in the reception area where they have a few tables, and kept doing short food runs to the restaurant.

Good location, and lovely breakfast.
We only spent one night here, but met with some really unhappy staff...came in the evening and explained that there is no parking space...that would be OK, but when asked for help it felt I am abusing receptionist time. Came to restaurant in the evening where there was only one member of staff and can't even explain the facial expressions of her, when we arrived. Totally understand being busy but behaving like its quests fault that is simply sad. In simple words, heavily understaffed.

Very good breakfast, so handy to tram/ bus station for trips into the city..Breakfast was excellent and front of house staff very friendly.
The pillows were so soft you hardly knew you had one. The restaurant staff member needs a lesson in smiling and customer service
