The receptionist was very friendly, she sent me the instructions for a late arrival completely with pictures of where to find what. At the end she waited for me 5 minutes after closing time, that's great service!

Poor cleaning of the rooms. I found cockroach in my room, see the picture. Hopefully I wasnt taking any of it to home.

Great location, but due to neighborhood construction getting in and out was a bit of U-turn here and there. Near a recreational area and great public transportation.
No complimentary coffee option in the room. Very worn out uncomfortable mattress.

Clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were amazing. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Ideal hotel to have a rest while travelling through Germany.
