We drove from the north to explore Japanese food that Düsseldorf has to offer and after disappointment with our original booking… We found this little gem. It is absolutely pristine. Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff were helpful and nice, and the interior décor was beautiful. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, though the room itself was quite small – something we expected.
The hotel’s greatest strength, in my opinion, was its location. It’s conveniently close to public transport (tram) and surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafés which made our stay more enjoyable.
There were a couple of downsides. We stayed in one of the ground-floor rooms, and the bottom part of the door wouldn’t fully close, leaving a slight gap that allowed noise to enter the room, which was a bit annoying. It definitely needs some adjustment. Additionally, the shampoo and shower gel were provided in small single-use bottles that were replenished daily. While this was convenient, it would be more sustainable to use fixed refillable dispensers instead.

Old fashioned. No air con. Noisy rooms at the front with the tram on the street from 04:30 to late. No lift. Leopard skin patterned carpets everywhere. It’s not for me.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming!
The hotel is beautifully designed. Booked my room last minute due to a flight mishap. From the time I stepped into the hotel till I left for the airport the experience was great - good breakfast included. They also have nice cocktail options and lounges with good connectivity.
But it's the excellent people made my trip stressfree & comfortable. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

My parents liked our bite so much that I rented them a room and they cancelled their other accommodations! The concierge was very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation! I also love the keys that you can leave with the concierge when you step out. It is a really nice system so you never lose your key.
