Location
The German boy behind the counter was rude. No towels in my room, old trash in the bin. Gym was closed. Swimming pool wasn't included for my room..? And once again, the boy was rude.

Good location, clean, good facilities and staff friendly.
Bed sheets incredibly small, barely the width of a single bed. On one of the nights there was an extremely large party staying which congested the foyer and they were a bit too much. Due to the lifts only operating via a card system, you couldn’t jump in any lift to get to your floor and had to wait for your designated one- not a problem apart from that party night where it took 15mins to get up to our room due to numbers waiting. And you can’t even opt to walk up as no stairs access.

The location is strategic and opposite all the delicious Japanese restaurants like Takumi, Tonkatsu Gonta, Takoyaki Teppachi; 15 mins walk to KO Shopping Mall. Breakfast selections are good and nice.
Large group of party hangers. The hotel tried their best to control the party group stay but rowdy noises are inevitable.

Location was good
Room a little small for a "Superior", housekeeping was hit and miss (some days the bed was not done, some days the cups were not cleaned), there was noise a couple of nights and hallways left in a mess. Reception staff (not all) need some customer service refreshers.

Best location and nice rooms as always. I stayed there a lot and I will stay there again.
I would like to bring the following three things to the attention of the management. In general, I have the feeling that the management should think through certain processes more. First: the hotel has a parking underneath which is supposedly not part of the hotel. This is not a problem. The weird part is that at the reception there is a QR code to scan for a parking, which was not clear for the customer, that this is not the one underneath the hotel but a parking about 10 minutes foot walk away from the hotel. This was only made clear to me after I asked, if not I would have booked a parking there and then my car would have been very far away. Wouldn’t it be better for the customer if the hotel would strike it to deal with the parking provider., Or at least make it clear to the customers how much is cost tonight and other conditions about the parking underneath because who wants to park 10 minutes foot walk away from the hotel, if you book a hotel downtown! Second: what is this with the online check at a hotel. When I arrive hotel I want to have a personalised reception. Somebody to talk to, where you can ask questions, etc. And then as you offer online check-in, your only offer it until 1 o’clock and you send me several messages that I should check in online as soon as possible. Then I did it and I got a confirmation for a room for two adults, but we booked a room for two adults and two kids. Doesn’t work stop it! Third: on the first day I asked the reception to send somebody to clean the drainage of my shower which was somewhat clogged. They said it would, but the next evening to shower the same clogged. Not a nice experience very unsatisfied.!

Very good location.
It is so loud during the night, hotel is not doing anything about it. Big group of people are having loud party on the hotel and the guests are not able to sleep for consecutive 2 days (party until 3am, second day even 4am), because of so many people when we go back to our room we had to even wait in long queue for the elevator. The party people look drunk, do not recommend for family with kids as it feels dangerous (other guests we met in the elevator complained the same things).

Normally we stay here every year this time there was a lot of young people at the front taking drugs and on balloons we told the staff they did not do a lot about it. I told them why Nott called the police. There must’ve been over 100 people at the front taking drugs on the corridor. A girl got in the lift with us on balloons in front of my kids and the staff did not do a lot about it.

Our all time favourite hotel in disseldorf mainly because of its location , in the little Japan town. Staff was very helpful ( Winnie) from the reception.
The AC was blowing hot air on one of the hottest day 12 April. Too hot for a good rest.
