Decoration and quality of the shower products offered.
I wasn’t aware of the pet fee which I should say that is somewhat expensive. The cleanliness of the room was quite doubtful, since my dog found a lot of pistachios, hazelnut and false eyelashes. Something to improve definitely.

The room decor was beautiful—I really loved the modern design and the cozy ambiance. The location was perfect: far enough from the train station to feel safe (I wouldn't recommend staying too close to it) and just around the corner starts the "Little Tokyo"!
Not sure if it's just our room but we had a room with sewage smell issue that was all over our bedrooom and bathroom. Also the bed was not as comfortable as I thought...

Location. This was my priority and was met.
Small room. I don't think that was the declared 20sq.m.
Limited facilities in the room for the price.
