The staff was very polite and helpful, and I got a lot of help when I needed assistance.
I wish there was an option to watch TV in other languages than German, or connect the screen to iPhones.

Nice clean room at the great location. Only 2 mins walk from the station.
The wall seems to be thin. People next door was talking loud heavy voice until 3am and I could not sleep well. Also there is no coffee maker or water boiler in the room so I had to buy coffee at a bar downstairs. I told I was staying there but they still charged me 3.5 euros.

Motel One charges the same rate as another hotel that has a pool and a spa and a much better breakfast, service, and location. The receptionist didn't give me a bottle of water because i booked via booking.com.

Shower is amazing. Bed soft. Terrace and coffee surprisingly good. Location was excellent for us, right near a lot of Japanese food, which was why we were there.
There is no fridge, water, tea or coffee in the room, which is slightly unusual. They provide two small, individual blankets in bed, instead of one large one, making me feel a little distant from my partner and also something I had not seen before. However, I understand it could be better for some people in certain circumstances. Chairs in lobby with Asian womens' faces on them came across as culturally insensitive and this is heightened given the location. The presences of the chairs, which were known before booking, was the number one barrier to picking this hotel and their removal would make it easier to come back.
