Disappointing
location
it was not clean, towels and toilet paper were missing in the bathroom. there was the smell of cigarettes. the sheets were also dirty, I was very disappointed

Booked in the last moment being on the road through Germany. Without huge expectations, but even though we was positively surprised with the accommodation. Location of the hotel itself bit strange, but plenty of parking space on site, even for big cars.
More for people travelling by car - distance to the city center won't bother then.

Exceptional
We loved the room we stayed in! The smart TV was especially nice, so we could easily access YouTube and listen to music. The room had a very spacious shower, I liked the delicious smelling shower gel. The towels were white and soft as new. The bed is comfortable and big enough for an amazing sleep. On the first floor, you can go outside at any time of the day. At night, the hotel was quiet, although there were lots of other residents. There is a large free car park right next to the hotel, so it was very easy to bring our stuff. As we wanted to go to the center of Dresden by public transport, we used the bus timetable provided at the reception. It doesn't drive very often, but if you plan the time, it doesn't cause any problems. We will return to this hotel in the future!

Reception staff was very nice and the room clean and tidy. Wifi did it's job too.

Wi-Fi was not available in the room (only at reception);
The personnel did not speak English;
Cleaning service wanted to come in at 9.30 although the checkout time was at 11.00;
The bathroom door did not close.

The facilities are really good.we arrived late and the staff did again our reservation.
We arrived a little bit late because of train and staff member was mad because of this and had already camcelled our reservation as no show up. We found a hair in a cheese bite.
