Wonderful
I really enjoyed my stay at the facility. It was quiet so I enjoyed my sleep throughout my stay there. It has good value for money and I recommend it for anyone looking where to stay for short periods.

Wonderful
(The prompt mentioned breakfast.) Meals not included, but very good kitchen facilities and located near to a large supermarket. This was a return visit, so I chose to return to a place I knew. A really good base from which to explore the town and be independent. Near to the tram. Good information available on the area. The owners are adding to the already excellent facilities.
The bed could have been firmer. However I don't sleep well, so that could just be me! Reception isn't open all the time, though guests are requested to give an approx. arrival time on booking and contact details are available.

Disappointing
It was clean and the place had been updated. That's about it.
The reception smelled like smoke despite there being no smoking signs everywhere. The mattress was so thin and uncomfortable. The bed felt flimsy. There are too many rooms/ guests sharing one toilet/ bathroom. The receptionist was very unfriendly when I asked a simple question. The location is out a ways but not hard to get to. The only thing nearby is Kaufland.

Affordable and relatively comfortable stay for shorter periods. Room was spacious, comfy and clean.
Thin walls, so you can hear pretty much everything happening in other rooms. It is easy to get to the city center with the tram, but it is running not that often, so if in a hurry better check the tram schedule before.

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area. The receptionist/caretaker was very helpful regarding the secure parking of my motorcycle. He offered us a lot of information about Erfurt and went out of his way to accommodate us (move his vehicle out of the way and help us park), despite our return to the hotel at a very late hour after visiting the city center.
