If I travel to Erfurt, I return to this hotel. Always clean, staff is friendly. Excellent location. Free ticket for public transport.

Friendly staff. Clean facilities, very spacious room. Free tickets for public transport in Erfurt.
The matrace was a bit hard, not very comfortable.

We visited this place during a Trip across Germany. From the Border of Switzerland to Flensburg, from Bremen to the Eastern Border. We enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The room was large and clean, the furniture stylish. Everything worked. We also liked the way how they implemented Corona measures for Breakfast.
This would be a top rating if the guy at the Reception would be a bit friendly. We did not felt like guests, more like intruders. I hope, we will be able to give a 5-star rating next time. Maybe one other thing: We booked a room with "garden view". In reality the Garden was the messy backyard from a private property next to the hotel.

Nice stay (as usual). Very convenient location and pass for free use of public transportation makes it even easier to get around. Not in the city center, but only a few stops with the tram. Comfortable bed, large shower, and spacious room.
