Wonderful
Very clean and quiet hotel near the old town. Beautiful garden and parking area. Friendly and helpful personnel.
There was a very loud fan in the bathroom but it turned off after a while when the lightswitch was off.

Good accommodation space, clean and comfortable. Didnt lack basic comforts. The staff were super friendly. We liked the gated parking space.

Charming inn in a good location for the Christkindl Markt we were visiting. Comfortable room; good breakfast; on-site parking.
The icy parking lot was a bit treacherous but it was at least on site.

We loved the location, walking distance to the train and restaurants. It was off the main road so it was very quiet. Bonus was we were so close to the Octoberfest activity

The location was near to the famous bridge and that side of the town. It waa also near to Augustinian monastery. The garden was cute and the rooms were well appointed. Everything I would expect.
Reception can close quite early.

The name of the pension is 'altstadperle', no doubt with the intention to tell that there is something special good to be found in the old town of Erfurt; worthy of a pearl. Unfortunately, the reality is different. Customer satisfaction and comfort turned out not to be a pearl but a nightmare. The accommodation itself can be called moderate, but the customer focus is missing. Kindness is something that costs nothing and makes you feel welcome. Unfortunately, that is not in the arsenal of the employees of this location. The most striking example is that after a night of nuisance from noisy fellow hotel guests, the reaction of the hotel reception was: 'not our problem, we just provide the facilities'. There was therefore no question of any understanding let alone compensation. Too bad for Erfurt which turned out to be a friendly and interesting place. In any case, look for another place to sleep on your visit.

Very nice, quiet place to explore Erfurt. It is located in city center within a short walking distance to all major atractions.
The main issue was that there was no internet. We have got 3 rooms and in 2 of them there was no it at all. I adressed the issue to reception desk and they tried to help but with no result.
