Nice clean hotel if you want to stay for a short while. Close to the center, about a 10 min walk. Breakfast was nice as well.

The receptionist was lovely, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient.
It was a bit untidy, particularly under the bed.

The location is good for what we wanted.
Great to have EV charging points at the hotel.
Comfy beds.
Reception staff trying very hard to be professional but cleaning staff incompetent.
EV charging points always blocked by non EV cars and cleaning staff.
We stayed 8 nights and not once was the room hoovered. 3 people for 8 nights - not acceptable. Towels were never replaced enough of. 3 people 2 towels. Smell of weed being smoked despite a non smoking hotel.

We came for the Essen Spiel Messe. In the evening we were allowed to play our games in the breakfast area. This was really nice
