Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Dinner was tasty. Overall nice & pleasant, not luxurious but satisfying.

Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Tasty crambled eggs at breakfast.
No window blind in the bathroom. Dirt in the bathroom because windows had been open before checking-in. Way too soft beds; not good for back pain! Breakfast could have been looked after better; bread still hot coming out of the oven, little fruit options, little fresh sweet options, coffee machine not functioning all the time...

Nice location to visit the CentrO shopping mall, Zoo, etc. Quiet and green environment.
Not enough workers around. At arrival only one bed was made, the other we had to ask for the covers, pillows, etc and did it ourselves eventually. The free WIFI did not reach our room. No eggs at the first day of breakfast. People were friendly, but too many tasks to do.

The staff were very helpful. On arrival were able to move our daughters to room next to us. A member of staff went out after work and got gluten free bread for my wife for breakfast. Our rooms were upgraded and you booking.com quoted rate as without breakfast but they included it within price. ? If just for us.

Called me to cancel last second. found a hotel luckily but called me back they had a room in fact now, which I refused as i had a accomadation.. did not see my money back yet. basically stole my money - do not trust them.
