There was a significant leak in the ceiling in the corridor outside my room which I reported on the first night of my stay. I was told that their technical team were dealing with it. The water was still running through the ceiling and down the walls behind the wallpaper on the Friday morning when I checked out.

All staff were friendly. The housekeeper lady got us to more pillows because the other were to flat to get a good sleep. Breakfast was rich. Another lady saw that our door was not shut and made us aware of the situation.
The water in the pool was to cold for us. We could not see any measuring of temperature. We saw that people swam 2 lines and then got out of the pool, like us. The pool itself was clean and the other facilities were exactable good. The smoking area in front of the breakfast room was a disgrace. Maybe to look for a location which is not visible to people who are having their breakfast. Sure you could find an area a bit further away. Next time and we will come back, we will not see so many smokers in front.
