Well appointed rooms and great staff. Secured extra coffee from cleaners and they punted the VIP sign up as though they were part of the marketing team. Proud of their hotel.

Good breakfast. Easy to adjust heat controls in the room. Comfortable bed with good pillows. (Not the usual almost useless thin down filled pillows in most German hotels)
I was out of the room from 09:30 until 16:00. At 16:15 the room cleaner knocked on the door to clean the room. I declined. Just a very minor issue. I am sure I could have arranged an earlier room cleaning, if required.

breakfast was good, with a good selection of different foods. Coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Good size of room, with wardrobes and drawers. Location very good, for both the station and the Christmas market..
Heating in the room wasn't working, so a fan heater was provided. Not ideal, but adequate.

Unfortunately, I have to say that just the location was good... In which is literally in front of the HBH, and for this time of the year, just beside of the Christmas Market..
Very cold rooms, the Internet was poor, which means if you're planning to work as well from the hotel, you can forget it.. The breakfast was unfortunately disappointing...
