Nice an clean, friendly service
No coffee or tea available in the evening or in your room. You have to go the the cocktail bar during opening hours, wait 10 minutes to be served, and pay 4.5 Euros... for a coffee. Would have expected it to be included / freely available. It's coffee. I know it's a stupid requirement to get free coffee, but I will likely pick another hotel for this reason next time.

Front office staff Katie went out of her way to help me. Front office manager Vanessa arranged for a wonderful breakfast because I had an early am checkout.
On the 3d day my room(421)'s heating acted up and caused the room to be like a sauna. I alerted the front desk, but nothing was done that day. On the 4th day I happened to meet maintenance staff on my floor, who adjusted the temperature control and opened my window. This caused me to catch a severe nose cold.
