Spacious place! Great privacy. Luxurious full fetched toilet with sprinkler system. A bathtub ! Great sound with tv.
The lights were not so cozy. We had to improvise a bit to make the room look warm lit up.

Very good location.
It would have been nice to have the option of breakfast, especially as nothing else was open on a Sunday morning. Even just coffee and a croissant would have been welcome.

huge room, excellent beds, large bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and a fancy toilet with heated seat and automatic bum and other bits cleaning! located right in the centre of Essen

The room was spacious with a small conference table. Double bed with extra Sofa, so it could be used for 3 people. The bathroom with tub and shower and a heated lighted toilet, wow. Small fridge, hot water kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. Two bottles of excellent wine were available at cost.
Something gave me problems with my hay fever.

Location was great, opposite the main shopping centre and close to Berlinerplatz subway station. Did not try the breakfast, like many hotels, way overpriced for what you get.

Great location near the centre of town. Great hot and cold buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner at very reasonable cost. Huge bedroom, large and very clean bathroom, very helpful staff. Located on a quiet street. The place has a kind of "hippy commune" feel to it. Local beer is good and 1 euro per bottle. Go to reception to get a wristband so you can go as many times as you like to the buffets - including some hot and cold drinks
Cheaper room cost is the only thing that comes to mind. Oh, and making the way from a front door to reception a bit better signposted - we had to ask help from a speaker using one of the meeting rooms.

Huge room with all one may ever need; cool bathroom with a japanese toilette; the location is perfect, in the middle of the city with a huge shopping mall and metro just around the corner. We were given a business room upgrade which was much appreciated! The restaurant offers excellent breakfast.
Nothing, everything was just perfect!
