Extremely loud in the room, even with the windows closed as it's right next to the train line and airport. The trains runs very often and all night long. Climate control didn't work and windows couldn't open due to the noise so it was too hot in the room. On the website it states parking is available but no parking was available as many people do park & fly. For people staying for 1 night and arriving by car this is highly annoying. There should be an option to reserve a parking spot for this too. Receptionist was not helpful at all with trying to fun an alternative. I asked the hotel next door if I could park there which was possible. Even though I booked online and filled in all my details, I had to do it again in the hotel.

The room was specious
They charged me more than the price of my booking. The bathroom walls must have been very thin as I was woken up at 3am by someone being sick.
They tried charging me 25 for my dog, despite the email I had from them confirming that there is no extra charge for him. They also charged me 10 for the parking, which was not mentioned when I was booking the room and extra 2 tourist tax, which again was not included in the price on booking.
I am not happy about all these hidden charges.

2-cleaning people not respecting the guest I put dont disturb and they are opening the door when I was sleeping

Hotel facilities were very good. The breakfast had a lot of variety and I was able to enjoy it.
I stayed at this hotel as my child's exam was held at this hotel. Since the hotel name said "airport", I thought it would be closer to the airport, but I was a little disappointed as it wasn't. It was about 15 minutes walk from the nearest S-Bahn station, and it was a very cold day therefore it was difficult to walk. It was close to the nearest bus stop, but it took 30 minutes from the airport and there were only two buses per hour, which was very inconvenient. The free shuttle bus to the airport was also inadequate.
