On the ground floor of our hotel you will find our newly designed sauna area, the Alpen Sauna. A classic Finnish sauna with approx. 85 °C and a bio sauna with approx. 65 °C give you pleasant warmth and a new sense of well-being. Leave the hectic everyday life behind in the relaxation room. Outside, you can soak up the sun or, depending on the season, feel the chill. Drinking is essential for a healthy sauna experience. A kettle, various types of tea and fresh water are available free of charge in the relaxation area of ​​the sauna. This place is awesome. It is in such a beautiful location and has a lounge, sauna and other amenities. The hotel is older but is in good repair and well taken care of. Breakfast was fantastic. This was my favorite place that we stayed on our whole trip.

Nice location, good breakfast.
Receptionists are confused, not being professional, with a lack of experience. Not all of them have a proper command of the German language. Every day a mini bus shuttle is blocking the main entrance, parked cars or free lots and hotel management is not taking care of this. The hotel has a pet friendly policy, but the guests are bringing the pets in the restaurant as well, which is annoying, especially for the people with dog allergies or who are scared from dogs. The single room is very small, facilities old, sound insulation poor so you can hear the other guests in the next room and in the corridor.

As always, set in a stunning location, the staff are great and the breakfast selection is awesome.
Prior to Covid the restaurant was excellent, it would be lovely if they could open that side of the business up again.

Great location, only short and pleasant walk to the centre, which could be taken via the river. Great view from our balcony. The breakfast was probably the best I've ever had in a hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Very little to dislike, the ensuite was perhaps a little bijou, but that wasn't a good issue. Not a cheap option but for that area not too bad.

Nice rooms, very clean, beautiful location. Very friendly staff.
Mosquitoes at nigh. May need to use insect repellent if you are planing to keep the windows open at night, which is required during summer.
