Excellent rooms and facilities. Very comfortable.
I thought the reception staff were rather officious. We were attending a sports event and requested the use of a shower before our flight home which was denied due to the fact that we had checked out. Hotels we have stayed at previously would have allowed us to use the shower in the gym. N

Hotel would not bend for an inch for even partial refund OR rescheduling an almost 300EUR hotel night! Guess the hotel really needs the money more desparately than a single father. Will avoid this hotel even if we would still travel for the rescheduled event next year.

Everything faster check in en check out clean
The extra bed is uncomfortable and the floor has bumps. Cooling doesn't have the right temperatuur to keep the food in a good condition.

Room was comfortable and clean. Bed large and comfy and the pillows were good too. Soundproofing also good.
Receptionist at check in was not really as friendly or helpful as were accustomed to. Nespresso machine in the room was a nice surprise, then a disappointment as capsules must be bought at reception nothing in the fridge. No bottled water. The cleaning staff tried to enter the room in the morning in spite of the fact that we had a do not disturb hung on the door outside.

At the reception, during both the check in and check out process they asked me to pay. I kindly told them I already paid through the website but they kept insisting it was only a guarantee payment. Again, I explained the situation and showed them valid proof of the successful. They seem to not care about the mentioned proof and made me feel so uncomfortable and discriminated cause I'm a foreigner. Any foreigner should think twice before booking in that terrible place. They finally gave me the access room card while trying to give some instructions to enter like if I didn't know how to use that card. In short, discrimination and poor customer service.
