Quaint little town and Munze is well located. Detailed instruction on where to find the parking (close by) was helpful. Room and bathroom were large and nicely appointed. No air conditioning, but it cooled off in the evening and when it was time to sleep, the soundproof windows were nice. I had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant and a better breakfast in the morning. Would definitely come back.
Parking at 20 Euros per night seemed high considering how few cars were in the car park.

This was an exceptional experience. The Alte Muenze was the perfect location, the breakfast was good but the room was superb. We requested this particular room but they could not guarantee. We received the room and we were very happy. As we were checking in late, they gave us perfect instructions on how to receive the keys to our room, the parking area etc. Super helpful and friendly staff. A very idyllic and historic hotel - just positively different.

The hotel made us feel really happy, lovely room and Goslar is a very picturesque town. The hotel breakfast is excellent and we were lucky enough to be sat in the dining room which is a beautiful room. The geography of the hotel was difficult to learn at first because of the several buildings and courtyards but we learnt our way around and it doesn't feel so far once you know your way around.
Difficult way to get around the hotel and parking area especially when it is raining and you have to go outside to get from your room to the restaurant or the car park.

This may have been my favorite stay of the trip in terms of charm, integration into the city, and feeling like I was stepping into the past. Most "authentic".I wish I had had more time in Goslar.
My room was over the bar area so I didn't get to sleep until the noise stopped--at 11:00 PM! Guests would talk loudly in the courtyard like it was mid-day.

The location in the city was very nice and the breakfast was extensive. The location had charm and gave a sense of authenticity. The room was fine
We had travelled the entire day and when we finally arrived the restaurant kitchen closed at 20:00. That was the case in several restaurants in town, which was disappointing. It seemed a winter season thing, but still challenging when you travel with children and there is nowhere to have dinner.

Great location and nice hotel, we were in one of the apartments as we were with our dog. Next time would love to stay in the main hotel.
We didn't realize the apartment was two floors. The bedrooms are upstairs so next time I would have asked for that detail as our dog was unable to climb the stairs.

We were visiting Goslar for the Weihnachtsmarkt, so the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. You walk out the front door and are in the Weihnachtsmarkt. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh food and the room itself had lots of character and a nice balance between antique and modern. It was a little pricey, but well worth it. The staff were also all very friendly and helpful.

Location was great and rooms comfy and our dining room for Christmas Day was fantastic as was the service. Staff were very helpful.
The signs in the bathroom states that used towels to be put on the floor but no one collected them and we had to request more toilet paper and shower gel, this was not automatic and when they were topped up our towels still laid on the floor. Not a deal breaker but that should be attended to.
