Nice hotel Excellent breakfast Parking behind the hotel free on Sundays Central location.
No refrigerator. Missing a furniture to put the suitcase on. No shelf in bathroom to placing shampoo and soap. Expensive for what it offers

Very good location. Right outside old town. Walking distance to all Goslar. Parking possible at hotel parking lot or large lot right behind the hotel. Nice garden.
The hotel has no elevator.

The breakfast buffet is great, good location, around 10 min from train station and other 10 min to the city center. The staff was really nice and the room was big and comfortable.

Me, my girlfriend and our 4 year old son stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and we had a great stay. The host was very nice and welcoming and the room was maybe not so big but big enough and very cozy and clean with all the facilities you need except from a coffemaker, we missed that a little ;-). The breakfast was very fine and you can sit outside where there is a small garden were children can play ball. The hotel is located close to city center, about 5 minutes walk and in a nice and calm area. The parking was free which we appreciated a lot and we think that is a very good hotel service. One evening there was not any free parking space but the parking just beside was free after a certain time so we had no problems. We really enjoyed our stay in Goslar - we think the city is so cozy, unic and beautiful with all the old houses and buildings and with a very nice atmosphere. The hotel we would certainly recommend to others. Thank you Goslar and Kaiserhof.

We had a family room, consisting of two cozy and spotless rooms. Our kids slept through the night. The breakfast was fantastic.
Better kep the TV turned off during breakfast.
