What a beautifully quaint hotel located just short walks to the citys lake and to sightseeing around Iserlohn. The staff, accommodations, rooms, and the food is of the highest quality and exceptional. On several occasions I made special requests and the staff went out of their way to meet my needs. I highly recommend this lovely hotel and rate it one of the best in Germany.

Location is good, easy to reach, enough parking space. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good breakfast included in the price, and the child stayed and ate for free, so excellent value for money
It was cold in the room and beds were not quote comfy - one way or another, we did not sleep well. There was a birthday party at the restaurant including fireworks around midnight, which also didn't help as we had to get up early in the morning. You also hear traffic from the road very well, so earplugs are recommended

the fridge didnt work and ants on breakfast counter top no kettle in room , needs updating furnishings from the 80s holes in bedding and stains

Lovely romantic wedding venue. Also suited for business, since room has a nice desk area to work at. Comfi bed and lovely bathroom. Great heating. Small menu at dinner, lovely breakfast. Parking is free.

Great business hotel. Near the main street, pretty far from city center. Restaurant is perfect even breakfast was OK.
Lack of mobile signal. During my stay in the hotel occured problems with WIFI so I had to go to the another hotel to do some work.
