Very clean, pretty modern rooms, a good shower and a comfortable bed. Appreciated the free toiletries and water. For me the location was great, as I was going to a concert very close to the hotel. The free available coffee and tea was nice.
I'm always very disappointed when there's no staff on site when checking in, and you have to get your key from a locker box. This hotel's reception is ONLY staffed from 08:00 to 12:00. It's just not welcoming. Also there's no breakfast on Mondays?? I don't understand why there would be breakfast every day except Monday.

I had an amazing stay. Good bed and shower, silent apartment, great wifi (I was there for work reasons), good breakfast and kind staff. It is a simple hotel, but perfect for work purposes.
Reception is not available all the time. I had to leave very early and the person was not there, so I was almost late for my meeting. They could offer the possibility to send the receipt via Booking, which would save (valuable) time from people traveling for work.

there are no facilities in this hotel and the reception is basically unstaffed. no mini bar, no room service, no vending machines nothing. there is no ability to even get a drink of water. compared to other hotels in the same price bracket this hotel is so basic i would not return.

The free access to the coffee machine in the breakfast area was most appreciated, regardless of us not having breakfast. Complimentary water in room was a bonus too. Great location, good selection of bars and restaurants and small supermarkets close by, and only a 30 minute walk into the centre.
There was no access to a safety deposit box in the hotel, either in the room, or at reception. This is pretty much standard these days, and was a concern as it did not comply with our holiday insurance requirements.
