The location was very good. Very close to the Market Hall and to the Auepark, and just a few steps away from the tram station for line 4, which is the one that gets us to the Herkules. The elevator was a plus, and the breakfast was very good too :)
The room was a bit dark. Probably the color is just to match the style of the whole building, I guess it's a matter of taste. I think the room was a bit small, for example, there was no much space for the luggage.

late check in made super easy. convenient parking and location. all as expected

The shower cabinet wasn't fixed properly when we took shower the water kept on dripping and reached the room which made us really uncomfortable. And the bathroom entrance got all soaked.

It's in a quiet area - even with windows open there wasn't noise outside. There's a large parking lot with plenty of room for hotel guests. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well.
