Breakfasts was ok . Staff also good
It was extremely cold .we came with 2 small kids and it wasn't good although we put heating on even next day we wake up in cold rooms.
Room temperature I presume was same like outside .
If the hotel new about small children they should hear the rooms before. This was not pleasant experience and we won't stay there anymore only because of this .

Nice location of the hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. Good wellness area.
Having the toilet directly in the room in something you need to like ... we did not appreciate this feature too much.

The scenary around the hotel takes my breath away every time. You won't find a more thought out breakfast anywhere in Kassel. A belgian waffle maker, cereals, seemingly endless eggs and perfectly cooked bacon. The list goes on!

We absolutely love it how the hotel deal with any problems. Warranty NO stress , with such a hotel and such a staff there is always solutions for ever problem. Fully recommend !!
